From updates and new features to team outings, there is a lot to look back on. Here is a summary of the best highlights for Team Clik.
Clik Service Updates
We’ve seen plenty of updates throughout the year for Clik Service.
The biggest update for Clik Service was the addition of action lists on equipment. With this new feature, you can track specific tasks related to your pieces of equipment and get your engineers to complete checklists when onsite.
In other updates, we added new tools and functions to sync callbacks to your Outlook calendar and add documents or images linked to an item to an email using the Microsoft 365 integration. Check out the full list of updates on our support site.
NICEIC Cert Software Updates
This year saw the introduction of photos in our NICEIC Cert Software. This feature provides the option to take and add photos to certs both in the office and onsite with Clik Cert Electrical. You can now provide a visual record of the work at the time of the installation or repair. Helping your clients understand the work done and giving your team invaluable information for future maintenance and potential troubleshooting.
Later in the year, we also added other new tools to help speed up your work. You can now create copies of certs, supply new boards from a circuit and much more. You can find all our updates from the year on our support site.
Clik Cert Updates
Over in Clik Cert, we also added the ability to capture and add photos to certs in the office software and apps, along with other new tools and improvements in 2023. With the various updates released throughout the year, you can now copy existing certs to quickly create new ones, import equipment with a CSV file, add additional bespoke accreditation logos to your certs and more.
Team Clik
We’ve had a lot going on at Clik Towers in 2023 Here is a quick summary of what went on for our team in the last 12 months.
Josh and Harrison joined our tech team this year. Harry joined the dev team and our marketing team also grew with the addition of our SEO expert Neda.
As well as new additions to the team, this year also saw lots of exciting internal promotions and progression across our departments. In tech, Tim and James both took on the role of Technical Support Supervisor, George transitioned to a new role of Senior Certification Engineer and Liam W was promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer. Elsewhere, Ben S became our Senior Certification Account Manager and Jess worked up to become our Marketing Manager.
We also found some time for team-building fun, we took on paintballing for our annual summer social, competed in a whole host of office games, hosted a Pancake Day ‘what’s the batter’ challenge and went out to enjoy some of Bristol’s culinary offerings.
We’re looking forward to another great year in 2024. For more information on what we have planned for upcoming updates, check out our product roadmap.
